The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 4947. Website: www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

In 2022, £785,337 was raised from ticket sales in our weekly lotteries and seasonal Bumper Draws, with 4.79% being spent on Prizes, 38.69% spent on Expenses and 56.52% used to help support the palliative care needs of people living in and around greater Glasgow. This translated to a fantastic £443,908.04! (Based on the Lottery Submissions made by Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice to the Gambling Commission, during the 2022 calendar year).

The weekly lotteries and seasonal Bumper Draws are collectively referred to as ‘The Hospice Lottery’, which is promoted by The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, 20 Dumbreck Road, Glasgow, G41 5BW. Registered Scottish Charity No: SC012372.
Responsible Person: Rhona Baillie (Chief Executive Officer).

In 2022, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 2,094 in our regular weekly lotteries and 1 in 3,753 in our seasonal Bumper Draws. Players in The Hospice Lottery are also automatically entered into a weekly Rollover Draw in which they could win up to £5,000. Our Rollover prize increases by £100 each week it isn't won (when in 2022, the likelihood of winning was, on average, 1 in 760,492) and if it reaches £5,000, then one lucky player will be guaranteed to win that week (when the likelihood of winning reverts to the aforementioned weekly lottery and Bumper Draw averages).
